Materials, ingredients, and components are purchased specifically for your order, and each item is handcrafted, spelled, and packaged by hand. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order is placed.

If there is ever an issue with your order such as damage during transit or receiving the wrong item. Please reach out within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can take care of you.
